Falcon Technika four-head counter-pressure bottle filler in a brewery

Gentle filling, proven technology and direct support from the Hungarian manufacturer.

Designed for small-scale production

Who is it for?

Developed primarily for small craft breweries, the filler can also handle other suitably carbonated beverages. It works as a stand-alone bottling unit or alongside a new or existing carbonation system.

Craft breweries

For small and medium production runs, especially beer in 330 ml and 500 ml bottles.

Other carbonated drinks

Suitable for soft drinks, sparkling and semi-sparkling wines, water and other carbonated products under appropriate chilled operating conditions.

As part of a bottling line

A practical companion to carbonation equipment made by Falcon Technika or another manufacturer.

A straightforward, purpose-built system

Why choose this bottle filler?

Counter-pressure (isobaric) filling

Pressure equalisation between the bottle and filler tank enables foam-free filling and helps preserve product quality. The beverage must also be properly chilled for foam-free filling.

2 to 8 filling heads

Choose a 2-, 4-, 6- or 8-head configuration based on your bottle size and desired throughput.

With or without a pump

For carbonated products, pressure moves the drink into the tank. The optional pump supports filling still beverages and rinsing the machine.

Electronic and mechanical level control

A float valve controls the tank level in the pump-free filler. When bottling still beverages with the pump version, electronic level sensors, a control cabinet and controls are used.

Built-in CIP spray head

Clean the machine through an existing CIP system. A hose-connected stainless CIP bottle adapter can be inserted to rinse the filling taps one at a time.

Optional accessories

Foam-control throttling valves, pump, drip tray, butterfly valve and castors can be ordered as options.

Standards and compliance

The machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the applicable Hungarian and European legislation, directives and standards. It bears the CE marking and is accompanied by an EU Declaration of Conformity.

Reliability and long service life

Robust stainless-steel construction with a premium polished finish, designed for a long service life. Includes a 24-month manufacturer warranty.

Complete bottling line

Our bottle washers, cappers and labellers can be combined with our fillers to create a complete bottling line.

The manufacturer does not need to be present for commissioning. On-site commissioning can be arranged separately by agreement.

Match the machine to your bottles

Choose a 2-, 4-, 6- or 8-head model

The 4-head filler is generally the best fit for the 330 ml and 500 ml bottles common in craft brewing. Larger bottles may call for a 6- or 8-head configuration.

Warranty terms

Our machines are designed for reliable, straightforward operation. We build them using high-quality industrial components and minimise the use of bespoke parts that are not interchangeable with standard components. Customer satisfaction matters to us wherever our customers are in the world, so we pay close attention to quality and appearance. Regular cleaning and proper maintenance help prevent many operating issues.

Thanks to the machine’s simple design, many faults can be resolved by replacing the relevant component. Our team can guide the user through straightforward component replacements when appropriate.

The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects attributable to the manufacturer for 24 months from the date the buyer receives the machine. Within Europe, including Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and the island of Ireland, defective main parts are repaired or replaced free of charge. Outside Europe, warranty service is limited to replacement parts, with repair guidance provided remotely.

During the warranty period, postage for replacement main parts and for defective main parts returned to us for repair is free of charge. This free-postage arrangement applies only to main parts covered by the warranty. The machine is supplied with a two-year stock of wearing parts.

Free delivery offers apply only to new customers purchasing a new machine and are subject to the offer terms. The buyer is responsible for transport related to warranty or other service, as well as any call-out, travel or accommodation costs.

The warranty does not cover normal wear or wearing parts, such as rubber seals, springs and heating elements; additional wearing parts are available for purchase. It also excludes faults caused by improper transport, installation, use or maintenance; failure to follow the machine manual; an electrical supply that is unsuitable, not protected against overcurrent or not earthed; unauthorised alterations or repairs; external damage; or force majeure.

Please inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us immediately of any transport damage or missing items. If we do not receive a report within 72 hours of delivery, we will consider the shipment to have been received complete and without visible transport damage. This applies to damage or shortages that could reasonably be identified on receipt and does not affect warranty claims for technical faults discovered later.

If a fault occurs, please contact us before carrying out any repair. With our guidance, the user may carry out a simple component replacement agreed with us in advance. Repairs requiring technical expertise, especially work on electrical components, must be carried out by a qualified professional. Any unauthorised modification or alteration made without our prior agreement will void the warranty. This manufacturer warranty does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that apply.
