This notice explains how Falcon Technika Bt. handles personal data submitted through the bottle-filler enquiry form on this website.

We may process the name, phone number, email address, requested machine configuration and accessories, beverage and bottle size, and information included in the message. If shipping is requested, we also collect the country and postal code. At least one contact method, phone or email, is needed to respond. We use the information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, prepare shipping estimates and discuss technical requirements.

Netlify's built-in spam filter checks submissions. Additional browser-side form checks may add a manual-review note for an unusual phone number format or inconsistencies across multiple fields, but they do not block submission. These checks do not compare the phone country code with the shipping country, do not screen email domains, and never automatically reject an enquiry based on a single data point.

3. Legal basis and processor

Depending on the nature of the enquiry, processing may be necessary to take steps requested before entering a contract or for business communication. Netlify Forms is used to receive the form; enquiry details may also be sent to us by email notification. Other than the recipients and service providers identified in this notice (Netlify Forms and the email service used to handle enquiries), we do not transfer or share personal data with any other organisation or third party, unless required by law.

4. Retention

If no contract is concluded, we retain the information needed to prepare the quotation for 90 days after the enquiry is closed. If a contract is concluded, we retain the information needed to perform the transaction and handle warranty claims until the warranty period expires. Accounting documents are retained for the periods required by applicable law. The data controller carries out deletion; automatic deletion by Netlify Forms is not assumed.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information at any time by contacting us using the details above. You may also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
